A life hack is a strategy to simplify some of the complexities that we face in our everyday lives. Many of us with ADHD work hard to figure out unique, more individualized approaches to developing habits and structures – Life Hacks.
One website, that I read a lot, dedicated to helping us find those simpler, less traditional routes to getting things done is Lifehacker. They often addresse many of the issues confronted by folks with ADHD, in an ADHD friendly format. Their bite sized articles cover tips and strategies for seemingly everything I need (and more) including technology, everyday life and productivity.
